SHIPPING POLICY

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

Please examine your package before signing for it.

Ensure that no one has tampered with its content.

We only ship product to confirmed addresses.  The address has to confirm via PayPal.

If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees for hair bundles will include $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US $25 per bundle including taxes as well.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Exotic Bliss Beauty’s shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.

return & exchange policy

RETURN POLICY

All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle, however no refunds can be issued out.

PLEASE NOTE:

Exotic Bliss Beauty isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned for any reason. We will contact you once your package arrives for re-shipment.
